My Work
Resource Justice
I supported Resource Justice with a revision of their cirriculum 'Praxis'. To do this I listened to members of the team and wove their contributions into a potential new form which we then emergently adapted together. we used non-verbal forms of decision making as well as forms of consensus.
Alliance for Youth Organising (AYO)- Civic Power Fund
I facilitated a decision making process for the AYO. The grup were in a time of transition from discussing how to fund in more liberatory ways to making decisions about what to fund. I used a mixture of 1:1's consenus & emergence.
Mutiny (RYSE)
I faciliated youth organisers at the RYSE to understand the organsing they wanted to do around thier youth assembly called mutinty. This invovled supporting the group to create & make decisions about a 3 year organsing strategy. I also supportied the team to plan andthen go out and do a base building drive.
Stop Funding Heat
I worked as a senior organiser for Stop Funding Heat. I conducted a listening campaign. organised 1:1's and began to develop leadership of thsoe invovpled. From the listening campaign I designed a 5 year organsing strategy. I planned a base building drive & wrote scripts to be used on outreach.
Wordsmiths
I worked as an organisational consultant and facilitator to support a small social enterprise to create meaningful co-production meetings to improve their writing for wellbeing services.
RYSE
I worked for the Radical Youth Space for Education as a workshop content creator and facilitator around the theme of community organising.
The Magpie Project
I worked as an organisational consultant for the magpie project developing training that would facilitate the organising and campaigning happening within their organisation. I am currently coaching individuals for this organisation.
Kings College London - SURE
I worked as a co-facilitator for the Service User Research Enterprise at King's College London. Our task was to support moving through difficult emotions in order to develop a new understanding of the group's values, purpose and goals.
WIN-WIN Workout
I worked as a researcher, content designer and facilitator for Perry Walker at Talkshop.org. This involved understanding homelessness in a global context and creating content for democratic methods to increase understanding between polarised views.
Sheila Mckechnie Foundation mckechnie
I worked as a blog content creator for the Sheila McKechnie Foundation where I wrote blogs on the theme of solidarity. This work involved listening deeply to communities experiencing injustice.
Wards Corner Community Plan
I worked as a community organiser for WCCP, a migrant-led anti gentrification campagin. The community was bidding to own and self-manage the Wards Corner Building which they fought to prevent from being demonlised. My work included, deep organising, relationship building, facilitating and planning meetings, influencing organisational culture, moving through conflict and writing recommendations.
NEON Movement Builders
I was a facilitator for two of the New Economy Organisers Network’s (NEON’s) ‘Movement Builders’ training. I worked with a team of facilitators and trainers in a programme that taught participants from across movement spaces about movement ecology, appreciation and strategy. Economic Change Unit
I was a solo-facilitator for the Economic Change Unit to hold space for them to reflect on their years work. I hosted a celebration, supported the team through some difficult emotions that came up as a result of an anti-oppression report and supported the team to identify key areas of work for the following year.
Mayday Trust
I worked as a part-time coach for Mayday trust. Working with people facing systemic discrimination to identify and overcome barriers.
London Renters Union
As a member of London Renters Union I practised using organising skills. This included; facilitating large community meetings, designing structures for collective care, strategizing/planning for direct actions, doing deep outreach and having 1:1 organising conversations.
Support Not Deport
Whilst working for Haringey Council’s Housing-related support team, I organised homelessness workers to resist evictions of people labelled as ‘No Recourse to Public Funds’. I then co-founded a coalition called 'Support Not Deport' which successfully passed motions through several union branches in local authorities to ask the local authorities not to evict anyone described as ‘NRPF’ or to work with the home office.
Streets Kitchen Haringey
I co-founded Haringey Streets Kitchen, a grassroots community that stands in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness through sharing food and responding to issues that people experiencing homelessness are facing whilst standing on the street in solidarity with them.

Movement Ecology Colab
I attended a collab held by the movement ecology collective. We learnt about movement ecology theory, atrractor landscapes + hegemony theory. We also explored themes of collapse & eco-fascism
Convergent Faciliation
I attended a course in convergent faciliation. This style of faciliation aims to bring people together to find ways to move forward that integtrate the needs of all invovled.
Navigate Faciliating Collaborative Groups
This training helped me to hone facilitation skills such as tracking open loops, collective decision making, asking questions, reading emotions, working in trauma-informed ways and being aware of power and oppression.
NEON Transformative Organising & Movement Builders
These training sessions taught me how to organise in ways that are centred on relationship and transformation, how to appreciate all kinds of organisations in our movement and how to develop movement conscious strategy.
Freedom to Lead
I was part of a collective leadership space where we explored what it means to lead in allignment with collective liberation. This supported me to flourrisshhhh as an organiser!
ULEX Transformative Collaboration
ULEX’s Transformative Collaboration training, where I learnt about how to practise meaningful collaboration, how to lead in ways that are aware of power and how to move in ways that are mindful of the complexities of systems.
Ella Baker School
I have attended many trainings and talks at the Ella baker School, including collective-care, organising theory, marxism, working with islamic communities and talks by Alica Garza. I have learnt how to overcome my own biases, how to organise in ways that are conscious of power dynamics and how to practise resilience.
Rosa Luxembrug Stifung - Strike School
I attended Jane Macalevey’s Strike School where I learnt about the difference between mobilising and organising and where I learnt how to use organising tools such as structured conversations and power charts.
